Mr. S.N. Raghuchandran Nair
Managing Director
With over 30 years of experience in the construction and Real Estate sector, Mr. S.N. Raghuchandran Nair leads the team from the operational and technical front. A stickler for quality and workmanship, he inspires and motivates the team with his wide array of knowledge and expertise. He is currently the National Vice President – CREDAI (2015-2017) . He holds various other key positions namely, Vice President – Trivandrum Chamber of commerce and Industry, Treasurer- Kerala Information Centre and also serves as the Honorary Secretary, SAI Trivandrum Golf Club. He is also a member in various Advisory Committees to the Government and other Statutory Bodies.

A Mathematics Post Graduate, extending virtual support in the Management & Administration of the Company.
Mr. Advaith R.S.
Director
A graduate in Civil Engineering from Mar Baselious College of Engineering and Technology, Advaith joined the company in 2012. Since then, he has played a key role in the technical as well as operational wing of the business. He specializes in project execution, quality control and customer relations.He is an avid tennis player and has represented Kerala in various tennis tournaments and won various accolades.

Vice President-Finance
A Manager whose association with the Company began way back in the SI days, since 1991. She is presently the Finance Manager, heading the Finance & Accounts Department. An executive with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, tax, auditing and financial management, she has strong analytical skills & adeptness in preparing accounting records and financial statements.
